The subscription renews automatically.

The subscription will automatically renew for the originally agreed term. You will receive a message about the renewal and the invoice by e-mail.

You will be notified by e-mail and have the opportunity to update your data.

You can cancel your subscription at any time via the customer portal.

The software can be used for the originally agreed contract period. After the expiration date, the software can no longer be used.

If you want to activate and use the software on multiple computers.

No. With the subscription model, the perpetual license has been discontinued.

You will not get newer upgrades for your version.

Your previously purchased perpetual license will continue to work as usual. Subscription licenses are in addition to perpetual licenses.

Yes. Offline activation – i. e. activation without an Internet connection – is particularly easy to perform with a smartphone using a QR code.

You originally received the license data by e-mail. You can retrieve your license data via the existing account in the customer portal.

Yes. Deactivate the license binding on the old computer. (Menu Help/About/License). Then activate the license on the new computer.

Please use the contact form so that we can deactivate the license binding for the defective computer.

A direct change is not possible. Cancel the old contract (Attention: remaining term is not refundable) and sign a new subscription.

Changes can be made at any time in the customer portal.

No. The subscription is protected by a license code.
