§ 1 Applicability, Definitions of Terms

§ 7 Warranty

(2) As an RCS Shop customer, you are obligated to immediately inspect the item/digital goods or the service rendered for completeness, obvious defects and transport damage upon fulfillment of the contract and to notify us and the carrier of any complaints as soon as possible.§ 8 Validity of the General Terms and Conditions
The regulations contained in the General Terms and Conditions of RCS Systemsteuerungen GmbH for retention of title, warranty and liability, applicable law and place of jurisdiction also apply accordingly to contractual relationships within the framework of sales in the RCS Shop.
