Maintenance Digital Printer

Digital printer maintenance includes the following tasks:

Check

  • of the drive system, cleaning and, if necessary, readjusting
  • of the print heads, cleaning and if necessary readjustment
  • the cleaning unit, cleaning and, if necessary, readjusting
  • of the suction pumps
  • of the firmware, if necessary update
  • and cleaning of the machine

Identification and replacement of the parts to be renewed*

  • Wiper (cleaning lips)
  • Capping station / Caps
  • Damper (filter on print head)
  • Suction Pump(s)
  • Print head
