EuroCUT is a professional vinyl cutting program. The integration of special graphic tools such as outline, welding, contour line, trimming, alignment marks and much more has created a top program for the demanding signmaker.

EuroCUT Professional is designed as a stand-alone application (all-in-one), i.e. you do not need an additional graphics and design program for your sophisticated signage. However, you can import data from CorelDRAW, CorelDesigner, Illustrator, InDesign, Inkscape and AutoCAD perfectly using the auto-import macros.

How does my subscription renew?

The subscription renews automatically.

What happens after the minimum contract period?

The subscription will automatically renew for the originally agreed term. You will receive a message about the renewal and the invoice by e-mail.

What happens if my payment details are no longer valid?

You will be notified by e-mail and have the opportunity to update your data.

How can I cancel?

You can cancel your subscription at any time via the customer portal.

What happens if the subscription is cancelled?

The software can be used for the originally agreed contract period. After the expiration date, the software can no longer be used.

Is there a perpetual license?

No. With the subscription model, the perpetual license has been discontinued.

What happens if I don’t want to switch to subscription and I have a perpetual license?

You will not get newer upgrades for your version.

What happens to my previously purchased perpetual license when I purchase a subscription?

Your previously purchased perpetual license will continue to work as usual. Subscription licenses are in addition to perpetual licenses.

Can the license be used offline?

Yes. Offline activation – i. e. activation without an Internet connection – is particularly easy to perform with a smartphone using a QR code.

What if I lose the license data?

You originally received the license data by e-mail. You can retrieve your license data via the existing account in the customer portal.

Can I transfer the license to another computer?

Yes. Deactivate the license binding on the old computer. (Menu Help/About/License). Then activate the license on the new computer.

What if my computer is defective?

Please use the contact form so that we can deactivate the license binding for the defective computer.

How can I change the contract period or the version?

A direct change is not possible. Cancel the old contract (Attention: remaining term is not refundable) and sign a new subscription.

What to do if personal data or the billing address change?

Changes can be made at any time in the customer portal.

Do I need a dongle?

No. The subscription is protected by a license code.

When do I need more than one license?

If you want to activate and use the software on multiple computers.
Exception: You can install one EuroCUT Design XT license on 2 computers.
